Abstract
Première région française productrice de viande bovine, les Pays de la Loire se caractérisent par une grande diversité des systèmes de production. Les simulations des conséquences de la réforme de la PAC sur le revenu des producteurs de viande bovine ont été réalisées pour 400 exploitations de l’échantillon RICA représentatives des 44 000 exploitations productrices de viande bovine dans la région, réparties en sept systèmes techniques.
