Foreword of the dossier: Consequences of the Covid-19 health crisis on livestock production

Abstract
La pandémie de la Covid-19 a affecté tous les secteurs de l’économie, l’agriculture et l’élevage ne faisant pas exception, avec l’enjeu d’assurer le continuum dans la production, la livraison et l’accès aux denrées alimentaires. Ce dossier de la revue INRAE Productions Animales propose un premier bilan des conséquences de la pandémie sur l’économie des productions animales depuis les circuits courts jusqu’aux échanges internationaux.
